Concord Campus Scholarships

California State University, East Bay (CSUEB), Concord Campus is currently accepting scholarship applications for the 2008-2009 academic year. To complete an application, select from the following after determining whether you meet the criteria for eligibility.

  • Executive Director's Scholarship: for undergraduate students who attend the CSUEB Concord Campus, have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, and demonstrate financial need, leadership qualities and community involvement.
    Deadline for application: August 22, 2008.

  • First 5 Contra Costa, Human Development Major with Early Childhood Option: for undergraduate students who have completed lower division Human Development major requirements and are admitted to CSUEB Concord Campus. In addition, students must currently (or within the previous five year period) provide services to children from birth to five years OR supervise teachers who work with children age 0-5 years. Please refer to page one of the application for a full list of criteria.
    Deadline for application: March 12, 2008.

  • First 5 Contra Costa, Teacher Education, Early Childhood Focus: scholarships will be available for the summer 2008 term. Courses are six weeks in length with class meetings scheduled on Friday evenings and Saturdays. The application form will be available after April 15, 2008.
